Lectures and Classes

Piano'Scape offers adult piano students an opportunity to study and further their musical skills. It is open to all adults, from beginner to advanced levels, who enjoy sharing their love of piano playing and music. Piano'Scape includes:

Tuition and Fees

Lodging and Meals

Private single rooms within suites with baths—bed linens, one blanket, pillow and towels are provided. Three meals per day Monday through Saturday. A welcoming reception on Sunday, July 12th, a last-night dinner party at the home of Hope and Bob Pettegrew on the 18th, and the farewell breakfast on the 19th.

Houses

NOTE: A non-student (spouse/companion) sharing a room pays a lodging and meals fee of $85 per day. Included in the fee are bed linens, pillow, towels and one blanket.

If an out-of-town student elects to stay off campus, that person may do so at his/her own expense in addition to the Resident Student's fee.

Location and Directions

As is seen in the photograph above, Piano'Scape takes place at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire, 1½ hours from Boston and about 4 hours from New York City.

The closest airport is Manchester, NH and is serviced by US Airways, Southwest, United, Continental, and Northwest. Boston's Logan Airport and Hartford's Bradley Airport are serviced by virtually all airlines. Car rentals are also available at all airports. A Piano'Scape staff member can provide pick up/drop off service at the Manchester airport for a one-way fee of $10; let us know if this is needed.

Registration will take place on Sunday, July 12th from 2:00 until 4:30 PM at Franklin Pierce University. Departure will be after breakfast on Sunday, July 19th. A packet with more information about the week will be given to you at registration on the 12th.
